2025 - 2026 School Year Admission Information for F.1 Transfer Students Application Process:

(Update arrangements in response to the EDB’s class suspension on 11/7)

Date Time Process
July 10 (Registration Day) 08:30 - 16:30 Parents can complete the “Transfer Student Application Form” & submit it in person to the school office along with relevant documents *.
July 11 (Friday) 08:30 - 16:30
July 12 (Saturday) 08:30 – 12:30
The school will consider admission based on the availability of places. Priority will be given to applicants who have previously applied during the S1 Discretionary Places stage.
On or before July 14 Applicants who are accepted will be notified by phone by the school on or before July 14, 2025.

 

* Required Documents:

  1. Completed “Transfer Student Application Form” (downloadable via QR code) with a photo attached. 
  2. Copy of ID card / Birth certificate.
  3. Copy of allocation slip.
  4. Copy of the parent’s stub for the S1 Discretionary Places application form.
  5. Copy of the report cards for Primary 5 and Primary 6.
  6. Recommendation letter (if available).

Please bring the original documents for items 2-5 for verification when submitting the application.

7月10日(註冊日) 08:30 - 16:30 家長可填妥「插班生申請表」，並連同相關文件 *，以紙本形式親身交往校務處。
7月11日(星期五) 08:30 - 16:30
7月12日(星期六) 08:30 - 12:30
本校將視乎是否有候補學位再作取錄。本校會優先考慮自行分配學位階段曾報考本校的申請人。
7月14日或之前 獲取錄者，本校會於7月14日或之前致電通知其家長。

 

* 申請文件如下:

  1. 已填妥及貼相的插班生申請表 (以二維碼下載) 
  2. 身份證 / 出世紙副本
  3. 派位證副本
  4. 自行分配學位申請表家長存根副本
  5. 小五小六成績表副本
  6. 推薦信 (如有)

交表時，以上2-5項須帶備正本以供查閱。
