Greetings from STMC! 
Having been founded since 1983, our school has always been upholding the spirits of Christianity in developing students' whole person characters in six aspects –moral, intellectual, physical, social, aesthetic, and spiritual. Over the years, our students have had excellent performance in academic area, innovative technology, leadership, gifted education, arts, sports, and social services.
The theme of our school plan is ‘Nurture Future Talents, Cultivate Abundant Lives’, which leads to three major concerns:
In this school year, we will go further to promote the curricula of Humanity, Science, Innovation and STEAM, strengthening students’ learning abilities (such as high-order thinking and problem-solving capacity); we will enhance students’ self-directed learning and Life-wide Learning, English learning environment, diversified reading and Life Education. Moreover, we will further enrich students' learning experiences, and enhance their identities as national and global citizens.
We place immense value on the professional development of our teaching team, believing that teachers and students grow together through mutual learning. To best equip and prepare our educators for the future of education, we have actively enhanced our digital education curriculum, championing the interdisciplinary application of AI in teaching and learning. Meanwhile, a series of Parents’ Education Programme would be a collaborative way for home-school walk hand-in-hand in equipping students’ future readiness.
Our school has received notable recognition in 2026, winning the “Net Zero Demonstration School” award, the Grand Gold Award in the “Science (S1-3) Teacher Plan Design Award Scheme,” and the Gold Award in “Hong Kong Creative Maths and Science 4D Frame Competition.” Furthermore, our students have achieved outstanding results in the HKDSE examinations. The dedication and hard work of our teachers and students are truly encouraging for us to go further.
On top of this, we never forget the duty to uphold life education. Our school activities fly colorfully with a lot of fun and of great significance. There are Benediction Ceremony for Form 1 students, Celebration of Adulthood for Form 6 students, Guidance Day for Primary 6 pupils, Parents’ Day, Religious Week, STEAM Week, Careers Week, Round Estate Run, Chinese Culture Day, Life-wide Learning Day, overseas programs and many more.
With the support of The Methodist Church Hong Kong, Shatin Church, parents, alumni, the local community, and a devoted team of teaching staff, by the grace and guidance of God, we will surely live up to the STMC spirits of Loving, Believing and Serving.
